As long as Kiwi’s have been eating lamb, there have been debates over which cut is the best. The meaty leg of lamb, rich shank, iconic chop, and elegant rib rack have a lot of backers, but we thought it was well past time to settle the debate once and for all. Will it be the leg, rib, fillet, cutlet, chop, rump, or mince - you decided.
