Ingredients you will need to make 6 burgers:
Burger Buns:
500g all-purpose flour 15g sugar 15g honey 125g sourdough starter (or 65g water and 60g flour) 125g water
125g milk
25g butter
25g olive oil
12g fresh yeast
12g salt
¼ tsp turmeric
Home-made pickles:
Equal parts of rice vinegar and water
50gm sugar
10gm salt
Black pepper corns
Star anise
Coriander seeds
Chilli flakes
Cucumber slices
Meat Patties:
600gm sirloin steak, finely chopped or
600gm beef mince
Salt and pepper
Dressing:
Tomato sauce
American mustard
Mayonnaise
To serve:
